Brief description of the institution:
The Bozindo school complex is an accredited private school with both primary and secondary sections, which has already existed for 10 years, and is an initiative of AFEDI (Association Africaine pour l'Education et l'Instruction) a.s.b.l. Bozindo seeks to provide integral education (human, academic, spiritual) to the students, to collaborate with parents in this task and to help parents improve the education of their children.

Type of work:
Creation of an online school management software (administration, secretariat, children's results, extracurricular activities, activities for parents,...) accessible to parents.
PROFILE OF THE VOLUNTEER:
Number of volunteers: 1 or 2
Sex: man
Professional qualification: IT expert.
Required language: French
Level: written: B2-C1 - spoken: B1-B2
Period: from July 15 to August 15
Minimum stay: 1 week
Maximum stay: 2 weeks
Vaccinations required: Yellow fever and malaria prophylaxis.
Accommodation options: Accommodation in a student residence or visitor apartment near the CH Monkole hospital.
Indicative costs for accomodation: Meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) + accommodation + laundry cleaning. Total price: 40€ per day, provided by the volunteer.

Notes:
1. To obtain a visa you need to send a photocopy of your passport to prepare a letter of acceptance.
2. During this period, it does not rain; evenings are cool (15-18ºC); clothing is that of the European summer; trekking and sports shoes are required; toiletries.
3. Before leaving Kinshasa, for the return trip, you have to pay a fee of 55$.
