Brief description of the institution:
Etimoé is a school founded by an association (Family and Education) to promote family value. Our particularity is to integrate all the dimensions of the person in the education. We have the nursery school, the primary school and the high school.
Location: Abidjan - IVORY COAST
Type of work:
We need a primary school’s English teacher to help the others one, such as a substitute. She will also help like a monitor at the different moments out of classrooms (at the break, at the canteen…)
PROFILE OF THE VOLUNTEER:
Number of volunteers: 1 woman
Professional qualification: degree in Education or primary teacher.
Required language: - English -→ Level: written: B 2 - spoken: B 2
- French or Spanish -→ Level: written: A 1 - spoken: A 1
Minimum stay: 3 months
Maximum stay: 9 months
Vaccinations required: Yellow fever.
Possibility of accommodation: With a family, close to the school.
Indicative costs for the stay: guests of the family.
Indicative costs for the food: breakfast and dinner are included, lunch is not included (orientative cost is 3€ per day).
